RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was great clean and tidy, and the TV connected easily to the phone to share our TV apps, like Disney. The Golf course is amazing. We're not golfers, but we wanted somewhere to take the boys for a bike ride and the path around the golf course was so great. The boys loved it. The inground bounce pillow was a favourite, as too was the playground and the pools. So much to do there, we really didn't need to leave, but we wanted to get the boys out and about. Having an EV charging station in the parking was a bonus too.

The pool, the views, kids facilities such as the arcade, playground and bouncy pillow, open space and the room spa and the breakfast.

Staff were genuinely friendly, which suggests that they are happy with their job and treated well, and that flows through to their interactions with guests. Really enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary treats around the pool. Live entertainment around the pool. Free undercover parking.

Parking in hotel directly under reception, beautiful views, room's furniture looked all new and modern, great place for kids aged 0-5, kids pool heated, family vibe, big pools so it doesn't feel crowded, waterside for kids was great, Japanese restaurant within the hotel was very delicious, breakfast next day was good, check ina and checkout was very smooth, great staff!

We stayed for two nights at the Gold Coast for my child’s dance competition and a friend’s wedding. Initially, we planned to stay just one night, but ended up extending to two. Since we made the bookings through two different sites, we expected to change rooms, but the staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for both nights. Their service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating — we were really impressed. The bedding was clean, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. I usually have back pain when the mattress isn’t right, but I slept so well here without any discomfort.
