The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was great clean and tidy, and the TV connected easily to the phone to share our TV apps, like Disney. The Golf course is amazing. We're not golfers, but we wanted somewhere to take the boys for a bike ride and the path around the golf course was so great. The boys loved it. The inground bounce pillow was a favourite, as too was the playground and the pools. So much to do there, we really didn't need to leave, but we wanted to get the boys out and about. Having an EV charging station in the parking was a bonus too.

We loved the layout of the property, and the team was attentive and friendly. The free arcade was a fantastic touch, and the hotel has a wonderful family friendly atmosphere. Feels like a world class hotel! Well done team

The pool, the views, kids facilities such as the arcade, playground and bouncy pillow, open space and the room spa and the breakfast.

The rooms were modern and spacious. Most of the place looked new or renovated/well cared for. Lots of things to keep young kids entertained - pool, splash area, playground, toys at breaky and an arcade with games

Staff were genuinely friendly, which suggests that they are happy with their job and treated well, and that flows through to their interactions with guests. Really enjoyed the breakfast and complimentary treats around the pool. Live entertainment around the pool. Free undercover parking.

The room was very comfortable and the grounds were immaculate! The kids loved the pool area and games arcade, would have been nice to have some pool facilities for a slightly older age group (8-12; rather than 0-5), but otherwise great. What an awesome view to wake up to from level 15! Brekky buffet was awesome, as was the Italian restaurant for dinner.

Parking in hotel directly under reception, beautiful views, room's furniture looked all new and modern, great place for kids aged 0-5, kids pool heated, family vibe, big pools so it doesn't feel crowded, waterside for kids was great, Japanese restaurant within the hotel was very delicious, breakfast next day was good, check ina and checkout was very smooth, great staff!

Had everything you needed, pity weather turned bad and the pool areas had to he closed due to lightning, which cant be helped , however the kids games room that had free arcade style games for all ages was wonderful and s café near by for parents to enjoy too. Resort was great and close by to CBus stadium where we attended an event. Dinner was lovely at Amicii but definitely needed to book. Was excellent that children are well catered for. Next day pools were great and we appreciated that swim vests, pool noodles towels and sun screen were all available to us. We all enjoyed the buffet style breaky by the pool too . We'd love to come back for a longer stay

We stayed for two nights at the Gold Coast for my child’s dance competition and a friend’s wedding. Initially, we planned to stay just one night, but ended up extending to two. Since we made the bookings through two different sites, we expected to change rooms, but the staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for both nights. Their service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating — we were really impressed. The bedding was clean, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. I usually have back pain when the mattress isn’t right, but I slept so well here without any discomfort.

We booked the mountain view room and what a lovely view we got of the mountains overlooking its sprawling golf course & pond. Big rooms and modern amenities, kids play area on the reception level kept our kid entertained. Loved their restaurants, amazing food and service. Spent a morning on the golf course and loved it. You will appreciate this resort if you have your own car to travel to attractions in GC. Parking was complimentary with booking.
